Lucas Maxwell
Lucas, originally from Tarrytown, NY, grew up immersed in the vibrant food culture of New York City, which sparked his passion for cooking. He honed his culinary skills at the State University of New York at Cobleskill, where he gained hands-on experience in farm-to-table cuisine. After starting his career as a chef in Leadville, he moved to Denver in 2019, drawn to its thriving food scene and city energy. When he’s not in the kitchen, Lucas enjoys exploring new restaurants with his wife, riding dirt bikes in the mountains, and spending time outdoors fishing and camping with family.
