What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years of experience in catering sales, hospitality sales, or event planning.
Strong sales skills with a proven ability to close business and achieve revenue goals.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple events and priorities.
Experience with CRM platforms, event management software, and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of catering operations, menu planning, and pricing strategies preferred.
Compensation: $45,000–$55,000 base salary + commission On-Target Earnings: $70,000–$80,000 annually
• Loading and unloading of catering equipment from trucks and vans • Set up for events by putting out tablecloths and place settings, arranging table placement, setting up a buffet and setting ceremony seating
• Break down and repackage event equipment for transportation back to the Occasion HQ • Carrying plates of food on trays and serving guests • Keep glasses filled; remove each round of plates and replenish utensils • Serve event guests in a friendly and profession manner • Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service • Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
