PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
- Manage and optimize the company website, ensuring content remains current, engaging, and aligned with SEO and AI search best practices.
- Execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive event bookings.
- Administer HubSpot CRM, including forms, workflows, lead routing, lifecycle management, reporting, and marketing automation.
- Maintain CRM and Elecate data integrity, ensuring accurate contact management, lead attribution, and reporting.
- Develop, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns, newsletters, lead nurture programs, and client communications.
- Create and manage a strategic social media content calendar, including photography, video, and real-time event coverage across key platforms. Monitor website analytics, campaign performance, search visibility, AI-generated search results, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Research customer behavior and create content that answers prospective client questions while highlighting the company’s services and differentiators.
- Design and maintain branded marketing materials, sales presentations, menus, event collateral, and promotional assets.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns with venues, planners, nonprofit organizations, and other industry partners.
- Collaborate with sales, event, and external marketing partners to improve lead generation, customer experience, and marketing effectiveness. S
- tay current on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and AI-driven search developments to continually enhance marketing performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Creative communicator with excellent writing, editing, and visual design abilities.
- Proficient in HubSpot, email marketing, website management, and social media. Knowledge of SEO, AI-driven search, and digital marketing best practices.
- Analytical and data-driven, with experience measuring campaign performance.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms (Elecate experience is a plus). Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to manage priorities independently.
- Passion for hospitality and events, with flexibility to occasionally work evenings and weekends.
Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 DOE

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
- Oversee and manage all aspects of front-of-house operations to guarantee exceptional guest experience.
- Leads hiring, training, and scheduling efforts to ensure high client satisfaction across all events.
- Review and update SOP documents, training materials as needed to continue to elevate the overall guest experience.
- Directs the Office Experience Coordinator to act primary scheduler for FOH and BOH event staff.
- Manages a team of 3-4 Guest Experience Supervisors, 20 Captains and a total event staff of 160+
- Implement and maintain high service standards, ensuring that all staff members are trained and equipped to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Event Coordination including acting as an Event Supervisor or Captain as needed at high profile signature events
- Collaborate with the sales and event production teams to understand client expectations and specific event requirements.
- Coordinate and execute detailed plans for each event, including setup, service, and breakdown.
- Onsite at events 2-3 nights a week to ensure an elevated guest experience.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to build a culture of excellence.
What We’re Looking For

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in catering sales, hospitality sales, or event planning.
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to close business and achieve revenue goals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple events and priorities.
- Experience with CRM platforms, event management software, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of catering operations, menu planning, and pricing strategies preferred.
Compensation: $45,000–$55,000 base salary + commission
On-Target Earnings: $70,000–$80,000 annually
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and materials.
- Prepare equipment for events and provide on-site assistance as needed.
- Handle deliveries and pickups in a timely manner.
- Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
- Maintain organized and accurate inventory records.
Pay Range: $20 – $21/hour
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
- Loading and unloading of catering equipment from trucks and vans.
- Efficiently produce menu items for events based on direction from a BEO (Banquet Event Order) or specific direction from kitchen leaderships
- Manage multiple production tasks from a prep sheet
- Produce menu items from a recipe using multiple cooking styles and techniques
- Follow all cleaning and sanitization procedures and schedules
- Adapt to an everchanging environment based on event volume and needs
- Participate in good decision-making and problem solving when needed.
- Work closely with a team of chefs, service staff and kitchen leadership.
Pay Range: $20 – $26/hour
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
- • Loading and unloading of catering equipment from trucks and vans
• Set up for events by putting out tablecloths and place settings, arranging table placement, setting up a buffet and setting ceremony seating - • Break down and repackage event equipment for transportation back to the Occasion HQ
• Carrying plates of food on trays and serving guests
• Keep glasses filled; remove each round of plates and replenish utensils
• Serve event guests in a friendly and profession manner
• Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
Pay Rate: $20 – $23/hour
