Originally from Chicago, Art Chmelik has lived in Colorado for 14 years with his wife, Carrie, and their dog, Louise. A Baylor and Escoffier grad, former history teacher, and lifelong hockey fan, Art loves cooking, traveling, and enjoying the great outdoors. When he’s not in the kitchen or on a hike, you’ll likely find him cheering from the stands at his niece Harper’s hockey games.
