BOOKING + PLANNING
We recommend booking as early as possible—ideally 3–6 months in advance—to secure your preferred date. However, we do accommodate shorter lead times when availability allows.
Details such as your event date, estimated guest count, venue, and style of service (buffet, plated, stations, etc.) help us get started. Don’t worry if everything isn’t finalized yet—we’re here to guide you.
Yes. A non-refundable save-the-date payment is required to confirm your date and begin planning. Final payment timelines vary based on event type.

FOOD + SERVICE
We prepare the majority of the food in our kitchen and finish it onsite to ensure quality, freshness, and a smooth service flow.
Yes—we provide full bar services including beer, wine, cocktails, and specialty beverages. Bar packages can be added to most catering menus.
As a Certifiably Green Denver business, we follow strict health, sanitation, and sustainability standards to keep your guests safe. Sustainability is core to our work—from composting and minimizing food waste to donating unused items through We Don’t Waste. We offer eco-friendly disposables, green menu options, and mindful practices across all events.
CHANGES + CANCELLATIONS
We do our best. While we can’t guarantee all last-minute adjustments, our team works to adapt whenever feasible.
