Jeremy Bronson Inducted into the ICON Hall of Fame 2025

Celebrating a Legacy of Leadership, Resilience, and Innovation in Colorado’s Event Industry

We are beyond honored to announce that Jeremy Bronson, our Owner and President, has officially been inducted into the ICON Hall of Fame 2025 by the Colorado Event Alliance—a powerful recognition of his extraordinary leadership and longstanding contributions to Colorado’s event industry.

The ICON Gala, held earlier this spring, was a beautiful evening filled with connection, celebration, and well-earned recognition. Industry professionals from across the state gathered to toast the individuals and teams who continue to elevate, innovate, and support the creative economy. Among the evening’s most meaningful moments was the tribute to Jeremy, whose induction into the Hall of Fame brought a standing ovation and no shortage of emotion from the crowd.

Jeremy’s recognition is especially significant because of the role he played not only within our own company, but also across the entire Colorado event ecosystem. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic—a time that devastated the live events industry—Jeremy stepped up as a founding member of the Colorado Event Alliance (COEA). At a moment when so many businesses were unsure of how or whether they could survive, COEA was formed to bring event professionals together, advocate for support, share resources, and keep people working. This alliance, built during one of the most challenging moments in our industry’s history, helped stabilize hundreds of small businesses and freelancers, and Jeremy’s leadership was a driving force behind its success.

To see him honored now, just a few years later, as a Hall of Fame inductee by that very organization is a full-circle moment we will never forget.

Jeremy has always led with integrity, humility, and vision. From his creative eye for unforgettable events to his commitment to building a supportive workplace culture, his influence is felt in every part of our organization. We are deeply grateful to have a leader who not only shows up for his team but also shows up for an entire industry—especially when it matters most.

Congratulations, Jeremy.

Your legacy is one of action, compassion, and excellence. This honor is so deserved, and we are lucky to call you our own.

Corporate Luncheon Tips & Tricks

How to Plan the Perfect Corporate Luncheon (Without the Stress)

Corporate luncheons are about more than just food—they set the tone for meetings, workshops, or celebrations. So how do you plan one that hits all the right notes? Here’s our tried-and-true guide.

1. Know Your Guest List

Are you hosting board members, employees, or nonprofit partners? Knowing your audience will guide the menu (and the vibe). For example, a sandwich-and-salad buffet might work for a casual team lunch, but a plated meal feels more appropriate for VIP partners.

2. Offer Options (Dietary Restrictions Matter!)

Provide a mix of vegetarian, gluten-free, and protein-packed dishes. Pro tip: label everything so guests don’t have to guess.

3. Timing is Everything

Keep it efficient. For a one-hour lunch, opt for a buffet or boxed meals so people can grab, eat, and chat without fuss.

4. Keep it Light and Fresh

Corporate lunches don’t need to feel heavy. Opt for seasonal salads, grilled proteins, and fresh sides. Think: lemon-herb chicken, a roasted veggie quinoa bowl, and citrusy kale salad.

5. Don’t Skip the Sweet Ending

Dessert doesn’t have to be extravagant—a tray of mini brownies, fresh fruit skewers, or petite cookies is perfect.

Mini But Mighty

Catering Trend Alert: Mini Everything is Stealing the Show

If you’ve attended a recent event—whether it was a corporate gathering, wedding, or nonprofit gala—you may have noticed a common theme: miniature food takes center stage. From sliders to tiny tacos, guests are obsessed with small bites that pack a punch. Why? They’re visually stunning, incredibly easy to eat while mingling, and offer guests the chance to try multiple dishes in one event.

Why Mini is a Big Hit

  1. Visual Appeal: A colorful array of bite-sized foods looks Instagram-worthy—and we all know guests love sharing those photos.
  2. Variety: Mini dishes allow for a more diverse menu, satisfying all tastes, from savory sliders to bite-sized tiramisu.
  3. Portion Control: Perfect for health-conscious guests who want to indulge without overdoing it.

How to Make a Mini Food Platter at Home

Want to recreate this trend? Here are three easy mini recipes to wow your guests:

  • Mini Caprese Skewers: Cherry tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella balls on a toothpick with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
  • Mini Mac & Cheese Bites: Bake homemade mac and cheese in muffin tins for perfectly portioned comfort food.
  • Tiny Chicken Waffles: Use mini waffles, top with crispy chicken tenders, and add a dash of maple syrup.

Mini might be small, but it’s here to make a big statement!
