Pamela is our amazing staff’s lifeline to Occasions. Her secret sauce is building the perfect team for each unique event we cater, and making sure everyone gets their chance to shine. All this comes naturally to Pamela because of the 20 years she spent working in restaurants – behind the bar, training staff, and helping manage human resources. She came to Colorado from California over 20 years ago, initially to visit family here and now with a big extended one of her own.
