You can take the girl out of Los Angeles, but that doesn’t mean you have to excuse Letty for being a Dodgers fan. Meet her, and you won’t hold it against her; Letty makes a natural connection with everyone she meets. She’s spent nearly half her life as a manager in catering and restaurants, always seeking free time to travel the world or cook and craft with good friends. Letty has a big job overseeing events and café operations at our History Colorado venues, and she does it all.
