We hold a deep affection for Denver, consistently manifesting our support through diverse channels. We are community volunteers, nonprofit board members, and donors of cash, in-kind support, and food. We always strive to minimize the environmental impact – and maximize the positive economic impact – of our business, including a preference for sustainable food products, reliance on local and craft purveyors, and recycling and composting both at events and at our facility.

2023 in Numbers

Occasions is a Certifiably Green Denver business, having completed a rigorous certification process involving upgrades in facilities, new purchasing methodologies, and enhanced processes. We strive to reduce food waste and also donate, via We Don’t Waste, high-quality food prepared for, but not consumed, at the events we cater. We provide on-site composting at every event.
